WinBack.com Grabbed by Snap, but now is Gone!

Not sure who else was in this auction at snap, but I was and was winning. I just got this email from SnapNames. Never heard this before! What's your take?

The auction for winback.com was cancelled because we were advised by the registrar that the domain name was not actually available for acquisition.

We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.

If it was not available for acquisition, how was snap able to grab it?

Strange one it was a netSol name and theres no records of use in archieves after Feb 04 2005

Netsol whois shows - Record expires on 26-Mar-2007

Maybe NetSol have their own plans for using it ???
