What do you think?

Have domain prices gone up so much that some of the super super premiums won't ever get sold? I'm talking especially about Geo names, such as USA.com or America.com, and also a host of LL.coms

Sure, USA.com will put you firmly on the internet map. But is it actually worth paying 10 million, bound to go up to 15 million in a couple of years?

What do you guys think?

If the current owners need/want to sell badly enough, yes, the domains will get sold -- a sellable price will be found. That may seem pretty obvious, but really, I think it's about as good of an answer as you could hope for to that question...

Thats my entire point. I don't really think that these names will ever get sold at their market value. The seller will always have to compromise to sell them.

Yes, I guess that's what I was saying. The market value is only what the seller can get for them, really. What they may think they're worth compared to other past sales is really a moot point if they can't find anyone to buy them for that much.

The prices for these are still affordable. It can fetch anywhere between 80k-500kright now. But most of these domains rest with top domainers and companies.

For the prices to sky rocket I would assume it will take another 1-2 years. Then these names will go beyond 1 million, which is according to my perception.
