Will LL-o ever be worth anything?

:hi: I'm new here. Nice smilies this forum has.

I was recently looking at buying a personal domain when I ran into some domain investing websites. I never knew LLLL.com domains had been sold out for months. So, I looked up some random LL-L and L-LL domains. First I tried finding some i-LL domains, which ultimately failed... then I tried LL-o (since I thought all you'd need is someone to match the first two letters with something, and the o could stand for "online").

Since I found a few LL-o domains, my questions is - do these have any potential? My real goal is to get into REI in a year or two, but if domain investing could give me a slight boost into it, I'm willing to go for what seems like a low risk investment.

Thanks!

Edit: I'm sorry. Pulled off a total newb move and posted this in the wrong forum.

I myself own about 400 such domains (slightly more than 1% of the market).

I consider they have good potential, but investment in domains is a very risky investment. You shall not invest more than you are ready to loose. Also, do not forget, that you will need to pay annual extention fees for few years.

As you are a beginner I would recommend you reading this forum for the next few months, and then taking decisions what you decide to buy/reg. Anyway, the beginners are always making mistakes.

Take a look at so called "premium letters" and preferably try to reg LL-L/L-LL domains only with such letters (although they are sold out, sometimes there are drops and you can get such full premium domains).

Also take a look at secondary market for LLLL.com.

By the way, what is REI?
