Will Escrow.com help my buyer set up his account/walk him through the transfer?

Or is this something I have to do? Can someone walk me through the exact steps of how I should explain this to a potential buyer?

Just start the transaction from your login and ask for his email and phone number.
When you have loged in just fill out the the Terms for The Transaction.

When you have inserted his email in the transaction and started the transaction. The Buyer will receive a email from Escrow and he can use his E-Mail Address to sign in to Escrow.com and view the transaction.
