Wikileaks has been under attack since last night. They were just hacked 20 minutes ago and recovered.
There's a person who is presently seeking a audience with the president who claims he has
"99%" accurate info on Hillary's server info. They are suppose to meet by the end of this week.
This person was given this information by Julian himself to hand to the president.
