Julian Assange has being arrested by the met police in England.
He was refused bail with 3 celebrity journalists offer 20k each and his lawyers offering the rest of the 180k bail.
This bail was then refused by the judge absurdly despite no evidence.The judge said himself their should be evidence but either way bail will not be granted.The judge acted in an illegal matter to try and restrict freedom of speech and freedom of information to the people of Great Britain and U.S.
The judge from England was biased possibly paid by british government to deny bail.
Julian's lawyer however will make another application for bail and their will be a new hearing on 14th December 2010.
This bail application could be submitted to two courts in which the lawyer for julian assange is considering which is best suited.After the Issue is resolved it will be submitted and a hearing will commence on 14th December.
Mr.Assange has being illegally taken in to custody by the british simply for stopping the biased government from taking away two rights of the people,in some cases all rights of the people.
It will be very interesting to get your views on this and see what happens from now up until what happens during the hearing.
If Julian is handed over to swedish authorities he will be then deprived of a 3rd right by sweden thanks to britain.
