I am looking for a program, web design, or script that will allow me to share my WiFi connection with my neighbors, but requires them to use it from a web page (Like a frame) Currently, I just leave the connection open to access.
In a perfect world:
1) The user would sign on when they attempted to access the WiFi.
2) The web page would stay up after signing on and I would like to be able to run banners on the page. Not so much to "cramp" the page, but a couple in the header and footer.
I am willing to pay for the set up and ect... If I can find what I want.
