deserthearts.us is being auctioned as an expired domain on godaddy auction.
I was curious when I saw that it had 11 bids as .us of these terms (desert + heart) usually just expire without any activity.

Which lead me to wonder what was particular about this domain name.

I used way back machine and found deserthearts.us was an active webpage
Here is a screen capture..

On top of the same website/webpage has 72k facebook fanpage, and still active.
This is a business, a rave like festival which has events occurring as recently even this month.
No new website, fanpage still pointing towards www.deserthearts.us

My question is that as an investor, what are these bidders bidding for?
Do they hope to flip back to previous current owner?
Do they just want the traffic?
What is going on here, little insight please

Probably to do something with traffic or backlinks for SEO or selling the domain back etc..
