Why Sedo fails in automatic domain ownership verification

When i added some domains in Sedo automatic domain ownership verification failed..early days some times it was worked.. for large portfolio how can add TXT records for each?But some registrars like Afternic, Uniregistry are instantly verified it successfully..

Simple. They refuse to adapt, change, evolve.

Ughh so frustrating, and slow.

Did you change to Sedo's name-servers beforehand? Supposedly, prevents many these "problems" Like using Windows 98 in 1999 i know.

Give this a try before do anything;
Change nameservers of domain to
NS1.SedoParking.com
NS2.SedoParking.com

No need to worry. You can simply email them and they will provide additional options to verify the domain if the automated options fail. I have had issues a couple of times (usually when we have domain privacy enabled) or if domain was in some other sedo account earlier then automated options fail and we have to email them and they then activate the domain on sedo

Same domains auto verified by Afternic and Uniregistry.. So its not the problem of previous ownership.. Second option is adding TXT record.. but that may not possible for big portfolio..

Means if Sedo lander will use no problem.. but my preference for lander is DAN...

Some months before i added 6 domains in Sedo.. automatic ownership verification failed as normal.. same domains auto verified by afternic and uni... then I add Sedo txt record.. of that 2 is verified... i contacted their customer support.. they replied i have no acount in there..

Maybe, for me around 5 domains are pending auto verification for almost 2 weeks on Afternic! Like I mentioned if the domain is not already associated with another account and you have no whois privacy enabled usually its auto verified without any issue. But auto verification fails mostly if you have privacy enabled or domain already associated with some other account on same platform.
