I've seen a lot of domain buyers when they make a request of a nimoric domain name, they type something like this "No 0,4"

Chinese buyers are superstitious is all it is.

As I have read in some articles related to Chinese numerology, 0 and 4 consider bad numbers; 4 reflects death and 0 related to bad luck. Some are fine with 0 but for 4 a big NO from them.

It's just a myth. 4.cn and 10.cn are well known domain sites in China, and Qihoo 360 (奇虎360) invested $17m to acquire 360.com in 2015.
