I really dont understand TDNAM selling process
you sell a name then have to beg the buyer for their godaddy information which they usually reply im not sure what you want, then have to wait weeks to see your proceeds.
why is it such a drawn out process sometime i have to transfer it to godaddy because the buyer will not reply
is there an easier way to get on with the sale?

I would think that TDNAM attracts more end-users, and consequently more noobs/1st timers, than any other service of it's kind. This is why you get the first problem. TDNAM pay you in 30 days. This gives ample time (normally) to get the transfer completed, and is a safeguard for the buyer if the seller doesn't want to sell you the domain for some reason.

I've had a few sales which would have failed because buyer would not provide their GoDaddy information. If you have tried to get the push to work - as a last resort - TDNam tech support will do the push for you. My procedure is now two tries with the purchaser. If no response I get TDNam to do the push.

But it is a frustrating process. With a few transactions I've felt like I'm part of GoDaddy Tech Support.

I am a former employee and I dont bother listing my domains for sale at TDNAM. (Boy do I shop there, but I dont list anything there).... Just not worth the hastle to be perfectly honest.

I almost wish I could go back to GoDaddy and say "What the hell are you doing?" This is sooooo easy to fix.. lets just work it out. They could be so much better than they are, but they just suck at it.....

Oh well.. theyre just letting others get bigger market shares..

I had situation that the buyer paid, but never replied my email. I had to spend a few
weeks contacting him (I did not have to do that since I got the money already).
