Why doesn't my NP increase?

I post, I put up new threads, but I have stopped making NP$
what's the deal??

It may be that you are not active enough, your daily average is 0.51.

with some forums you have to of filled out certain things in your profile
e.g. the appraisal section.

make sure you've done this

This same issue has haunted me for nearly a year, I have posted many, many times, & for some reason, my NP$ never increase ??
Could a Mod perhaps explain why this may be happening ? I have probably lost well over 500 NP$ due to this error........

the only np$ i didn't earn is in the appraisal section, despite i already fill up all the info
