Why can't I put my NP for sale?

In the bank, when I put my NP for sale, it says:

You have tried to list more NP$ on the exchange than you currently hold. Remove one of your previous offers first before adding a new one.


But in fact I don't have any offers up yet.
Could anybody help me?
