Why am I paying GoDaddy backorders when they don't do their job?

Ok so I think I'm going to have to quit ordering Godaddy backorders.

On several occassions. I ordered backorders on domains.

Luckily I caught Some that deleted that I had paid Backorders for with Godaddy.

How was I able to reg them? Because Godaddy Backorders is not doing their job!

Just lost Trickbot.com. I wasn't Paying attention. Godaddy informed me of the status of the domain. I should have used that to start watching the domain.

Based on data (which I admit could be incorrect so Godaddy please clear this up) below this domain was just registered yesterday.

But hosterstats shows this domain had been deleted on 2019-02-01 Deleted.

That means this domain was "OUT THERE" for what? 23 days?

What am I paying Godaddy for?

AT BEST this Godaddy Backorder service is just an "expensive" heads up that a domain is about to delete.

So postive and negative. You can pay for one Godaddy backorder service.
then when Godaddy notifies you that they are "Trying to capture" the domain.

Simply make a note of that and then cancel the backorder.
if you got nothing better to do. simply put the domain on Namesilo for immediate check every 6 hours to see if it deletes.

usually if lucky Dropcatch won't get it.

So yea. Godaddy. What is going on here? I was able to REGGED about two domains now that I had ordered backorders on but for some reason your backorder team or robot isn't doing it's job?

Can someone please explain? I will reserve judgement until someone explains.

Am I missing something here?From 2-1-19 to 2-24-19 I did not keep checking Tricktbot.com so I would not know if for sure it was "Out there" or maybe there is something I'm not seeing here? maybe all that time it wasn't "Out there" but Hosterstats showing the wrong data?

That's all I can think of. And if Dropcatch caught this domain just yesterday then I'll accept that. But hosterstats says this domain was deleted on 2-1-19.

Godaddy backorder is just sucks.

im new and i knew its a waste of time to BO anywhere but top 2, and other 2 backups if needing all possibilities covered. none of these 4 are GD.

GD is just good for monitoring.

exactly. I realized that. The thing is if these domains I "missed" got picked up via Dropcatch how come when I check namebio none ever show up just to confirm they were auctioned?

I mean hey if got several backorders on Dropcatch and in turn made it go to auction then I'll accept that. done and done. But when I don't see the Namebio listing for the sale?

I just assume it was hand regged? That just gets me fuming mad.
