advice Why .ai is so hot, is that about traffic or Speculation!

I have noticed many .ai tld selling in huge prices that means there are demand. The main reason for placing high bids on .ai tld: Traffic, Enduser demand or just a Speculation?

I'm interested in case if this not really speculation.

Guide me should i invest in .ai tld domains for a huge profit?

what is huge prices be more specific

most sell around 2K to 10K thats just part of hype and cause $200 reg fee adds up for aged domains
