Why .ai expensive than others?

Why .ai TLD is expensive? Are buying .ai domains valuable?

They are very hard to sell unless you know what you are doing

They are expensive as need to cover a quarter of million dollars a year to survive with fewer sales each need to pay more. Are buying ai names valuable no ai will run on any extension and most likely anyone that uses it will want you to actually think it is a staff member rather than reveal ai anyway
