Company and operations NamePros is an honest, fair, and ethical company with an outstanding reputation. It is run by a team of professionals with those same values, an openness to change/improve, and a commitment to provide an excellent service. NamePros is one of the most transparent companies in the industry when it comes to how we operate, the measures we take to protect our members, the results of investigations we conduct, etc. We certainly believe in responsible transparency where it is important, and we also strongly believe in privacy where it is reasonable. At NamePros, the owner(s) rather not be public figures, icons, or in any sort of spotlight. It simply does not fit their personality. They have also found that by being private, it allows them to focus more on things that matter most, like building a valuable and reputable company, rather than the small day-to-day drama that tends to plague forum owners, historically. Privacy also provides them with safety from users with misdirected objectives: in our experience over the years, 9 out of 10 people who have cared who owns NamePros have wanted to know for malicious purposes. The other 10% are usually just curious. We believe that since NamePros is run professionally (e.g., the company conducts itself with tact, thoughtfulness, and never attacks anyone), it is not necessary for the owner(s) to be publicized. Management and team NamePros is ultimately managed by a team of incredible people working on multiple large-scale projects; the focus of the company should not be on any individual people because everyone on our team has played a significant role in our success. In fact, the majority of people who work at NamePros are not recognized publicly on the forums. That said, there are a few people that are more recognizably connected to NamePros than others due to their roles at the company, such as community bloggers and volunteer moderators who are seen interacting with members on the forums, blog posts, video interviews, etc. However, there are a lot of really hardworking people pouring their blood, sweat, and tears into NamePros that are not recognized publicly or listed on the forums. Part of that is unintentional but some of it is by their choice: We respect the privacy of our team, and we hope that you will do the same. If you ever need anything, please contact our support team. We're always happy to help.
