with that budget you won't get anything close to 40-50gb of space - expect to pay around $1-$2 per gb of space dealing with reseller hosting

and most master resellers are short term hosts, they are here for short term profit and they leave - I wouldn't call that reliable, only very few have been up for more than a few months.

good luck finding something though, I'd recommend revising your requirements and budget

I think you'd be better off with a VPS. It is just a shame that with that budget, you won't be able to afford a good one - if any at all.
