I'll stick with Whiz.in! Cheaper is not always better. As you can see, I buy .tv's also. I try to keep most of my domains together. What is the price of .tv's at Mitsu.in ? Looks like they are much more expensive than Whiz? Did I do my math right, about $35 at Mitsu.in vs $25.99 at Whiz?

Not all bad, though. I will use them for an emergency backup. Then I can transfer what .in & co.in's I regged there to Whiz.in!

I'm now having a similar problem at Answerable.com (also a Directi reseller).
Update: It was a short hold (about an hour) on a PayPal payment. So, same problem does not exist.

I am able to accept the credit card payments now. Manual approval is required though for the same. For Paypal only Payments ( which is the interest of Majority here ), it should take couple of days more.

DOmain renewal Payment rejected

I had a domain at whiz.in that needs to be renewed and I have had whiz.in reject the payment from Paypal. I have contacted support and send a PM to TK.

Dont want to loose the domain and am at my wits end !

As I was using Personal Account to recieve paypal only payments, my customers were able to save the transaction fees. Paypal has been acting very nasty and they have recently changed the policies. Now personal accounts have a limit on how much money they can receive for selling goods.

I have reached my monthly limit and hence all payments had to be denied. Hence only credit card payments are accepted now. You can send money from your paypal funds also using the Credit card payment method. Transaction fees will be charged for that.

To be competitive with Price the only other option I have is to Integrate with Google Checkout. We are working on that but it will take some time.

I am guessing other Resellerclub resellers would have the same problems, unless they have already added 3% transaction fees to the selling price.

Quality of service is most important for me. I should not be saying this, but if you are finding better deal with any other Resellerclub reseller, you can Move your domain there and then renew it.

Having said that , I am still looking for other Payment methods, where I can be competitive in price.

Indian customers are encouraged to send money using eCheck ( hot payment) method directly from their banks ICICI or Similar. That will save transaction fees for them.

Hi TK, i am looking at purchasing a few domains through your company/website, and I have a question that I've decided to ask here in the forums because the answer could perhaps help others in the future.

.WS domains - are listed as non-transferable on your site. I know many sites just haven't updated the fact that .WS domains are now transferable. Can .WS domains be transfered away from Whiz.in?
