Which would be a better domain?

or "agamer"

would it be better with or without the - ?

I would say that they could be used for different things:
a-gamer could be a game blog, with stories of funny things happening in-game, whereas, agamer could be for general game news, etc.

There is not a question beyond a doubt - LOSE THE HYPHEN. Detracts from value and the odds of someone typing it in. I think everyone hit the head on the nail.
