Surprised no replies on this! If I look at the Namebio top 100 sales so far in 2018 I would say:
(a) one word generic
(b) short acronym (e.g. 3 letter)
(c) crypto/financial/blockchain
(d) two (or more) word generic
(e) short numbers

more or less in that order although all of (a) through (d) pretty popular
