Which program should i use for proxy site?

Hi friend,i have start 2 proxy site and having 100+ UV on both site and i putted Bidvertiser on it but not getting any hits.so please suggest me any good CPM Program.

Sorry, i am looking for proxy to use both working private or publick, but i am not sure if your site serve that?
