I have a high traffic site which is not allowed with Google AdSense, have tried Bidvertiser but not getting as much as I would like.

I think the best would be to join a CPM site, anyone know of good paying sites to join?

maybe Adversal.com ? they are pretty decent and a solid company have been around for a while too
