CPM Program.

Hi,

I'm looking for a great CPM program that pays out with PayPal, they don't have to but I would prefer. I want to put banners on my sites and that's all, I wouldn't mind text links either.

This is going to be for a proxy site, so I want them to be able to accept them. Even a good program that uses PPC that accepts Proxy sites I wouldn't mind. I noticed though that all programs pretty much scam you because they don't report clicks.

unfortunatly CPM died along time ago... it was too easily manipulated and the advertisers basicly lose money... there isnt really any reliable sites left.. the same thing seems to be happening to PPC with all of those paid to read email sites making there thousands of users click results.

you will probably make more money seling text links/banner impressions or even popups to people on the likes of this forum..
or even using clickbank and trying to sell something to your visitors.. clickbank has converted well for me..
