Hi Guys,

I want to buy featured listing for one of my domains on sedo. But i am not sure which one is best suited to buy featured listing among all. Please advise me which one is best among following.

1- MYNY.us
2- UKGANG.com
3- cochecito.net (Stroller in Spanish)
4- LiveAction.mobi
5- comedian.co.in
6- livestream.co.in
7-Scary.in
8-IntelligentMoms.com
9-TheGreatUS.com
10- Lense.me
11- viajeasesor.com (travel advisor in spanish)
12- Proudgirls.com

Please advise me if any of these domains carry any value to be listed in sedo for featured listing.
Thanks in advance...

ProudGirls.com would probably be best to feature in the adult section. I think you might waste your money on promoting the others. As to exact value; I'm sorry I couldn't say.

Save the $$ and buy some nice domains.

OK here is where i am really confused. What i understand from nice is a domain name which is short, memorable, have some meaning, have good search volume, having good search results, having good cpc, brandable etc...

I know most of my domains don't full fill all the above parameters. But just to understand lets have a deep look in one of my domain.

cochecito.net (Stroller)

This domain is a single word generic term. It has 70k+ search volume per month. It has $.28 cpc. It has 600,000+ search results. Now these numbers are not great but i think these are not very bad either. So in my opinion (which seems to be wrong >:( ) this domain carry some commercial value.
But In your expert opinions this domain is not worthy to be sell even for $50 (to cover premium listing+reg fees).

Similarly one of the other domain scary.in has 300,000+ searches from India and a very good portal site on Scary videos, scary movies, scary stories, scary games etc can be built on for Indian population. But again i will get hard time to sell it for $60 >:(
i really respect you guys opinion and advise. I am just trying to understand the catch. what parameters you guys exactly consider in choosing a domain name. I am newbie and learning the art so forgive any of my foolish assumption about evaluation of domains.

Thanks and waiting for more expert insight from you guys.

We have all gone thru a beginning period and most of us made the mistake to register loads of new domains ourselves. This isn't neccesarily a mistake if you know what you're doing, but this type of domains require a lot of insight and experience in the market. Most nice domains have been sold out for YEARS and finding a handreg gem requires tons of luck. For beginning domainers I'd advise to play safe and buy domains on the aftermarket with a clear inherent value, like for example LLLL.coms. They aren't the most exciting type of domains, but they do rise in value and give you a chance of enduser sales.

There are quite some blogs and priceguides for them, so its hard to go wrong on these names. If you don't want to get into LLLL.coms, at least stay with the .com extention for a while, as the other extentions simply require more experience to valuate.

I'm not trying to make you feel bad about the domains you have, but I'm trying to protect you from spending $xxxx on domains that aren't going to make you anything, like I did when I started, and many others too.
