question Which is the Best marketplace to sell gTLDs ?

From the ongoing trend that I have noticed recently regarding new gTLDs, Sedo is having more success selling n gTLDs compared to Flippa? Is that the case.

One more thing what is the best approach towards selling a new gTLD for example placing them for sale on Sedo, Flippa etc or contacting prospect clients directly to try and make a sale. Thanks.
