Thanks evirtual1, I am certainly looking into it, its just the $$ at the moment. I dont want to do a crappy job, I would rather get someone who really knows what they are doing and pay the money to get it done properly.

Would a nice flash template liek one of these be the way to go??

I would'nt do a flash site at all or use a template, a custom site would be a good way to go if you could afford it and find someone good enough...easier said than done though unless you can afford to spend somewhere in the $ x,xxx range on it

If you need a custom Logo done LogoTournament.com looks like a great place with loads of very talented designers, prices are usually around the $200 to $400 range.

Thanks Gazzip for that, I will go and have a look. If I have to put x,xxx into I will, but I obviously want to get value for money. My plans are to have some great sites up that look good but ideally I want these sites as a source of income in years to come.
