Assuming it'd be the same name, i'd say .cc.

.org by far. has been around for a long time, people recognise it, trust it. solid sales record (though highly undervalued).

But it depends on the name too.

I would rather prefer asthm.info than asthm.org
I would rather prefers loans.biz than loans.org
I would rather prefer tvshow.tv than any other extension.

I give .tv and .us a nice future, they will grow. .cn will be VERY big but especially with IDN's. China is big market.

I do not like .cc and .ws, and I can't even understand the .name.

.mobi is an uncertain for me at this time.

I agree with Alex BUT only when he is talking about developed websites.

For reselling, its simply .com > .net > .org > .info
A reseller would never give you a better price for Loans.biz than Loans.org

I don't think you can say just one because the name itself means a lot. I would put them in classifications like this.

I do think that .cc is picking up in sales. IMO, it should become the 5th or 6th most popular TLD with time (after .com, .net, .de, .org, .info and .tv)

This is the order of value

.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz,

with .info being before .org when dealing with keywords.
