Can I list on both sedo and afternic? Because I have it currently listed on sedo, and when I try to list it on afternic, it says it's already listed on afternic, but I never did that, nor did it come up in afternic search results.

This happens to me all the time. You need to contact Afternic support and ask them to remove the old listing. I have my domains listed at Afternic with the "Buy Now" option and also at Sedo and Dan with only the "Make Offer" option enabled.
