Which extension do you prefer?

I don't know if this has been posted before, but here goes. Which TLD ext. do you prefer?

We all know .com is king, but personally, I have found more success in .net.

I have to agree with the others.

I'm a big supporter of .US (and other new, or alternative extensions) and have had success, but if I had to choose the same name in .COM versus ANY other extension, obviously .COM would be the choice above all.

I don't think this poll will produce any surprises, or meaningful results.

A better poll would be choosing from extensions outside of .COM

Always a .com for me.A .org is the only other i would reg and that's only if i was developing an organization,Iam starting to like the .us extension a bit though.

Well, that means that if you want the domain name: www.greaterthanmahts.com (yes, my website) and it is already taken, you can still get greaterthanamaths.net or .org. It just increases your chance of getting your company name in the domain name.

I still prefer .com and .net extensions, too bad we only had one choice but I chose the .com extension simply because it's one of the first and best generic domains out there today, and still are.
