Beside the demand, you should also consider the commercial intention: plural keywords usually have a lower commercial intention than singular.

i agree with ttFan. you should do search on google keyword planner and take a look for searches click. then decide your domain.

I think plural seems more appropriate if you are selling a product, as you would likely be selling a variety of different phones.

Singular for branding , plural for online store seems to be the generally accepted view So what works better for you depends on what kind of site you have in mind.
