Guys this was first encounter with a domain name scam. But I will let you know how I was saved. What triggered it was the small things as:
A company called TGI mailing you from toughguys.net..
Email directly from the company president..
A small search on the net did indeed throw good results towards TGI, but then I checked the email toughguys.net and found this forum thread.

So..Keep checking..abd check once again ..before selling your domain name.
