where would you advertise for employees for a website business?

What type of website business, and what would be the make-up, skill set, and demographics of the employees? :gl:
Would they commute to work, or work from home or remote office? What is the wage "range"? Is there a geographical region? More information required for us to be of any reaal asssistance, IMHO.
