I have a very unique name - Loc .al (Local ) .It' a very busy niche with Local being super-hot but it's specific, one may give you $10K, someone else not even the renewal fee. So where do I sell it? I have emailed may users in the local space and have gotten very high
$ x.xxx offers, one canceled last minute, one is till hanging and the other ones were several thousand below that so I am holding on. In total I might have gotten 20 offers, just this year.
I have been looking at Flippa but it doesn't convince me, I don;t get the end-user feel from their bids, just domainers. Can I sell it through Sedo without changing the NS?
Any ideas on how to target the potential end users? I have gotten requests from many local.tld companies but they aren't paying the big bucks.
