I'm looking for buyers that will pay serious money(x,xxx,xxx$).

How much are you earning per month? Normally people won't pay more than 5 years max for website. I always see people paying 24-36 months only. Let's say you want to sell for $1,000,000. Are your site making $27777 per month? I will keep the site if I am you.
