question Where to register the cheapest .com domains currently?

Hello where is the place to register the cheapest .com domains currently? everywhere i look its $10-$13. I remember in the past there were registrars offering $1 .com domains. Any similar promotions being offered anywhere? Thanks

GoDaddy with the discount club is a common choice if you have enough domains to justify the cost. Can use a coupon code to purchase the discount club. Uniregistry gave me good pricing as well but that was based on quantity.

Those without the quantity seem to go with namesilo, namebright, etc...

Some give better pricing based on quantity and some if you fund your account balance in advance as it saves them a bunch of single transaction fees.

...but if you want many domains at once it's a pain to add them in the cart...you need to add each one by one.
Also don't forget to remove the privacy option before adding the domain to your cart. It's a paid option and it's a pain (again) to remove from the cart.

dont you need to buy something on there to create an account? So how would i be able to push domains to someone else if they dont have an account there and then would need to pay for something else as well?

You need to call their support or contact them via chat, then they will create a new account without purchasing any product.

It's just like a normal account (able to accept pushed domains) but it doesn't cost you anything to sign-up.

One MORE PAIN: We need to change the time period from 2 Years to 1 Year.
Few days before, I was registering about 500 or more domains or even more, and It took me 4-5 days with 10 hrs per day of work to add each and every domain in the cart and then remove privacy and then changing the time period.

Then it will ask you to login OR create new account

Not exactly bro, If you search a domain and creating new account with the searched domain, you should buy that domain.

If you want to create a new account without purchasing any product or adding creditcard, you should contact their support.

They will create a new account called "Basic Free account" we can use our existing domain as a primary domain.

BTW, Name.com has a promo in about 1 hour and a half where you can get a .com or a .net for $0.99.
The catch is that it's limited to one domain per customer.
...at least that gets you covered for 1
