Where to promote Php tutorials?

Hello
I've seen lots of photoshop tutorial sites linking to other tutorials, but what about php tutorials?
i've written a few very simple tutorials (for example, http://www.internetsplash.com/free-tutorials/add-digg-this-links/), and would like to promote it on a big site.

there are indeed a few large tutorial sites out there not only focusing on photoshop but on pretty muh everything. I don't know much about the PHP ones but I do know pixel2life has a large PHP directory. You could submit it there and receive quite some traffic already. Submitting is free and quickly done.

Thanks. Are there any others like that that you know of that you can submit tutorials to without signing up (heh ... i'm lazy!)?

I have submitted some tuts on hotscripts. I get some traffic from them.
