Where to find a good not too expensive programmer?

I'm looking for a programmer to make me a game type script I posted at scriptlance but got no bids. Does anyone know any other places I can post to try and find a programmer? Thanks

Alright I'm gunna copy my scriptlance project:
I want a script like ShockScript.com. Member area for members and an easy to use admin panel where admins can change ads, ect, ect. So the admin panel must be connected to the script so they can change their ads are ease. Would like it so that the admin can put ads on the side of the page and top. And allow them to add their own personal text near the top of the page. Want there to be at least 75+ games included with the script. Would like full resell rights so I can resell the script. Thanks

Hey, if you wanna get started and maybe learn how to do this especially, go here:

You can build on that easily as much as you want, then have another programmer build on what YOU built on and get what you want faster and for a cheaper price.
