Help me pick a company for development

I have posted on one site, about a project i'm working on and got some bids for it. Now i need a programmer to help me choose one of them. I'm not a programmer so should be someone that can look at the code they have programmed before.
I'm after a good price but the code is most important

You simply has to add some of the companies in your messenger, and discuss about project and list of tasks, ask for time and quotation, check their website, portfolio, work experience and details of developer working on your project. I am sure you can choose best company this way.
