Hi all, Good Day

Ive received an inbound offer for a domain and negotiated a price to settle on.

I have used Sedo.Com & Escrow.Com a few years ago

Which would be the best platform to close the domain sale for least commissions / smoothest transfer.

Would love your advice.

Happy thanks giving weekend.

SEDO is my choice, especially with an inexperienced buyer.

My experience, Escrow.com is worse than useless since they changed ownership.

Sedo is faster and easier for me. Last sale I had I got paid within 1 day of the buyer paying Sedo.

Depends on the amount.

Escrow.com is around 0.5% cost on larger transactions.

Payoneer escrow is around the same. But cc fees are always on seller or broker.

Sedo is 3% I think. So clearly the most expensive. But also the only one of the three that does true escrow.

Well, just go with Payoneer escrow.
it's stress-free I tell you.

I use escrow.com for my private sales transactions. Buyer pays all fees.

^ If you end up using Payoneer Escrow make sure it's THAT and not Payoneer itself directly.

Thanks all for your swift advice :)
Right now .. steering towards Sedo as it seems a simple user interface for maybe a new buyer.
Not sure to choose paypal or wire transfer - its under $5K
