Is there any reliable (!) registrar where .to domains can be purchased for a relatively low price?

Bit on the expensive side No other options available though I guess? Otherwise there'd be a list of accredited registrars on the registry site I guess...

Only one place and one price for .to (discount for multiple years).

There's not much of a reseller market for this extension because of this.
