question Where should I Register my Domain?

I want to Register a new .de Domain.
I think it should be the cheapest but also have some Important things like Free SSL Certificate etc.
I also want to use the Domain as a E-Mail and as a small Website.
It would be perfect if the Email and Website Service is inclusive, if the Price is too High i could Just buy a Server for 5€ each Year.

I found on a Site for 4€ each Year 5GB Storage for Website & Email.
Also the .de Domain is free inclusive.
If i transfere a Rare .de Domain to this Site, could i get scammed and they take my Domain for themselves ?
