As we all know domaining is a lot of research! Check the extentions, the whois, google, alexa, overture, etc. And then finally I will go to DNJournal and see what types of similar domains have sold and for what amounts. DNJournal has a huge db of all these sold domains. Why doesn't DNJ set up a search so that we could plug in the keywords and any sales with those terms would come up, with the price they paid.

Develope it, they will come!!!!!

A search function on the DNJ would be super cool, IMHO. :music:

Until they do, you could use the google advance search to seach just dnjournal for a particular keyword. Just enter the following substituting "keyword" with your word:

keyword site:dnjournal.com

However, it searches the whole site, not just past sales.

However, adding the directory behind it like below would narrow the search to pages in the domains sales archive:

keyword site:dnjournal.com/archive/domainsales/
