Domain industry traffic

just noticed something pretty interesting @ alexa

traffic to domain industry sites like namepros and dnjournal took a massive dive in 08

going off the alexa graphs looks like traffic was down to just a tiny fraction of what it was pre 2008, and now is back up stronger than before

was the industry really that cold last year? or am i missing something

I would say those numbers are pretty correct. A lot of "domainers" that were domaining in 2008 are no longer domaining in 2009 currently.

All industries have there ups and downs and I think most seen a down turn in mid-last 2008 and most of 2009 to this point.
