Hi! :) I own a big portfolio of Chinese domains. About 1000 names, all dot COM (7N premium, 5L triple repeated ABACA and similar).

I'm not expecting 30 thousand dollars, i know it's a bad moment for this trend. But I know too someone is buying large portfolios.

Can you give me a tip to know where can I sell them? Some chinese forum? How?? :D

Or anyone can broker for me?

Thanks ;)

@domeen don't worry :D

I really was a little worried. I see that you have hard time getting rid of them. Like most of those who "IINVESTED" into those Chinese premiums. Was offering the quickest solution. Probably also the cheapest one.

If you think there is no value in 8888881 you would be wrong, we are not talking a million dollars but that does have value and would go for a decent amount on a namejet auction .......low $x,xxx even after the numeric gold rush

NOW THE TREND IS ON A LOW CURVE, AND THATS THE MOMENT TO HOLD OR SELL CHEAP.... NEXT YEAR THE PRICE IS GOING UP AGAIN.

Hi know, but it depends in quality ;)
Btw i know they are really low now!

Try Namejet! I got in finally. Your inventory might what they are looking for. give them your best 15 domains and in the comments mention you have over 1000. They might let you slide. GL!

Ok, so if i have 8888881.com i have to drop it? Are you sure? :)
I don't have it, but you don't know what i own ;)
I'm just asking where i can sell my names, not an appraisal.

Thanks anyway!

You need to higher a fiverr.com gig translator to create an account over at domain cn. tell them to post for you in chinese your domain list. Don't forget to redirect each domain to your auction listing whereever it is.

Also try Chinese BBS.

Also if you want to really maximize get an efty account and create your own marketplace. That way you save money in the long run on commission fees. It really adds up especially if you are only going to make $50 to $100 per domain. Just need to pay Escrow.com fees

Good luck!

I have 0088899.com I'm not dropping it especially when 00888899 is taken even after it dropped.
Or 00888999.com after it dropped too.

Check out 08889990.com there's a Chinese casino on it.

I own 09998880.com Forever Lucky

888999 translates to Lucky Forever.

The Zeros are neutral and inconsequential contrary to what's being told about Zeros being no good.

Also in chinese culture double of ANYTHING even if it's bad is good luck

So 4 means death so bad luck.

But 44 equals 8 which is good luck

Same as 00. 0 is neutral so double it and it's okay to good luck.

Check out 888999.com

He's selling it for $5,000,000

Crazy!!!!

But i want to sell them in bulk...! :)

Hello my italian friend! ;)
4.cn allows to sell in bulk, but you need before add funds.
Part of these funds will be frozen, deposits are automatically withdrawn from your account balance to cover impending biddings or brokerages. Funds are automatically returned to your account balance if a bidding or brokerage is unsuccessful.

Ciao Amico!

the names you have, are reg fee value

they were part of the hype period and if you didn't sell then, you're stuck

so, either keep renewing, and hoping for the future or liquidate in bulk if possible.

Good Luck!

imo....

With a massive onslaught of renewals coming due, this market is severely beat up.

I managed to sell a 500 5L.com chips before the market crashed for $20 each, I had 68 left I forgot about, I couldn't even get $100 for the portfolio here.

There are many sellers trying to unload 6N, so 7N are going to have to take a backseat.

If he had 8888888 whatever's they would already be cherry picked, it's the subpar ones that are in between that you need a gambler type buyer to pick up.

Did the market really crash on 5L's?

There seems to be mixed info on that can someone confirm. I'd like to know.

Are we talking random 5 letter gobbiligook domains or all 5L domains? Even ones that have means like ones with VR in it.

If if did crash how come? Thanks.

The speculative chip 5L market has crashed ie ABBCA patterns XFFKX, brandables like fiverr not so much

unfortunately when it comes to zeros the chinese can tolerate it in front but behind it's not as desirable. its like the path of life....do you want your life to end in zeros? or begin with zeros and end in high lucky numbers as in you will end your life lucky or live long at thee end.

but hey anything is possible. it is 7N.

Namebio shows 361 .com sales with 00 at the end, and 100 sales with 00 at the start

well that's good news! are the SHORT domains or long?
the stuff I mentioned isn't made up I read about it somewhere I think Messagenotes.com? She's some kind of Chinese culture expert? but hey that's great!

but I suspect the domains you are saying with 00 at the end are probably short short yes? so the 00 wouldn't matter because

1200.com would have obvious value. or heck even 4400.com with the dreaded 44.

Amazing how the path of life can be misunderstood sometimes. Well facts are proving that some read and write from right to left also. It looks like those one are more.
