question Where are invoices in Afternic account?

Where can I find sale invoices in Afternic account?
With other aftermarkets it takes seconds to find and download them.

I guess you do not pay taxes because any tax calcuation need an invoice...

I don't need them to pay taxes here (UK). A screenshot of the sales confirmation email or bank statements is sufficient (for me as a sole trader).

I used to live in the UK and my accountant always wanted to see invoices..
If it works for you then great! But in many countries this is not enough.

Also, in the UK when you cross 90K pounds turnover you need to register for VAT.....

Yeah statements are enough (Been a subject of a random Goverment compliance check and they were fine with it.

They started to include the marketplace (technically the buyer) information only a few weeks ago. Before October, those documents were and still are incomplete in that regard. (Of course they can be sufficient for most, and the complete one can be requested from their support.)

Their invoice examples seem fine but I do not see similar invoices in my account.

For Buy It Now sales at Afternic, we can issue Payout Transmittals that document the amount you received, minus commissions.

To access these Payout Transmittals, go to afternic.com/sales, click on any domain sale, and then select the "Payout Transmittal" button.

We do provide invoices for commissions on Lease to Own transactions at Afternic, as mentioned in the blog post you linked to. However, this option isn't available for Buy It Now sales.

I'm able to neither download transmittals nor invoice for the last two months. See the attached screenshots.

My bank requires documents for the txns, for which I've been following up with Afternic support since last week.

I do not want the Payout Transmittals but a simple invoice.
The kind of the invoice which anyone could get in a few seconds from DAN or from any marketplace out there like Sedo or others.
If I give a Payout Transmittals to my accountant she will laugh at me.
The document like that is good for nothing, it is a joke.

I wondered why is it so hard to provide a formal invoice like Sedo and Dan does for both BIN and LTO, instead they only provide payout transmittals... I agree @BigTree , it's a joke..
