When the hyphen .com domain is developed and I own the non-hyphen .com

Would I be infringing on developing my non-hyphenated .com to something very similar to that of the hyphenated .com which I do not own? It seems as though its done quite often but wanted some feedback on it.

Is it generic or a brand? If strictly generic you should be OK.

That's assuming you're not going to copy the look/feel and or content of the site itself - that would raise other issues.

From a UDRP perspective the hyphen means very little, most likely.
Especially if you would be competing in the same space, if there is a TM on any of the terms (hyphenated or not), and/or if the hyphenated version was registered before yours.
