When people transfer domains...

i see domain sellers saying,

"Free push to your XXX account"

but, i asked godaddy support ( since i have most of my domains there) .

they said, i need to pay.

how could sellers offer the free push?

are there any ways to transfer the domains cheap-ly or free-ly?

If it stays within the same registrar, it is free. If you're transferring to a different registrar, it is not free.

Pf they are taking money from you even when you decide to change hosting provider because their services are awful ... I am not speaking about specific hosting company.What is the price for transferring and is there any free transfers or everybody charge you ?

When you transfer to a different registrar, you simply have to pay their annual registration fee for the domain. That adds an additional year to your current expiration date. So you're getting your money's worth. It's not a separate fee to 'transfer', it's just the normal registration fee at the new registrar of your choice. But again, if you are just moving the domain to someone else's account within the same registrar, there is no cost. But you're not adding an extra year to the expiration either.
