Why would there be search results for random LLLL's ... are you looking for potential typo's / misspell's traffic here? :blink:

My niche is going to be LLLL.coms now. Therefore, since they're all taken I will look for them at auction sites an then I'll research them...

Look for those with existing traffic from misspells / typos / etc. :gl:

Search results in the 1,000's+/+ with the .com within the actual results, IMHO.

i'd avoid wordtracker at all costs. keyword dicovery or google adword tools are much better IMO

You mean generics, for e.g bond.com. wordTracker is the best.

Your data is only as good as your sample size, and thus I would go with the king of search: Google. Use their Adwords keyword tool, and in the drop down on the right side after you perform your search, switch it from Broad to Exact.

well, maybe they're a good bargain now that they've tanked. you can pick some up for as low as $8...

but personally i don't touch anything that doesn't have decent end-user (or development) potential.

keyword discovery and "exact" searches on google ^ are a good suggestion
