Pretty much just an outlier. They happen.

If it was happening consistently on a regular basis it would mean something.

An investor bought whatsuptoday.com and a startup bought whatsup.today which is the difference in the price discrepancy. The startup emailed the investor and the investor probably told him 10 grand so they went with the gtld at an 80% savings. Pretty simple.
